In a previous article we looked at the issues surrounding manifestation and why people don’t find it particularly easy, but we didn’t necessarily look at how to manifest. The fundamental issue of how to manifest successfully being that of karma and karmic entitlement. It is clear in life that two people from exactly the same background, who strive for similar things, will actually achieve and realise very different lifestyles.
The reality is that most people have actually got little understanding of karma. They don’t fully understand what it is or how it works. I have heard people conflate it with dharma and call it karma-dharma which is completely incorrect as they are very different things; related in part but very different nonetheless.
HOW TO MANIFEST
So how do we manifest correctly then?!
Firstly, always remember that physical materialism in a vision board is the key. What you write with a pen on paper materialises far more easily than something typed on a keyboard. Draw your vision board carefully. Remember – colours are key!
Try to use relevant colours as colours hold their own energy – science is now arriving at this conclusion in recognising that red fruit and veg are anti carcinogenic (no surprise as good red prana aids the body in the basic chakra – the starting place of cancer energy. Red processed meat holds bad energy and has been linked to cancer growth. Green fruit and veg are good for the heart – the heart charka is predominantly green). Anyway, you get the idea.
Maximising your vision board with appropriate colours adds vast beneficial positive energy when you’re considering how to manifest. It might look like this, for example..
Separate your vision board into categories and then block colour each section accordingly…..
- Yellow and red for Business ventures or material possessions
- Pink and green for love
- Pink for relationships including friendships
- Pink for forgiveness
- Violet for health
Look at the rapid rise of McDonalds over the years with their red and yellow logo colours! Busy-ness in business is the key!
Using red and gold is not a good idea in your personal life though, particularly a love life.
Once you have a firm idea of what you want to manifest start to write down related words and short affirmations. Don’t include negative words as the universal energy can’t discriminate between positive and negative. Don’t say ‘I don’t want to be ill’ instead say ‘I am well’ or ‘my body is healthy’ (or both). Don’t say ‘I am cancer free’ say ‘every cell in my body is healthy’. Include an appropriate affirmation in each section.
Then add relevant materials and pictures to the sections but ensure that everything you add is cleansed appropriately. A way of doing this might be to pass it through the incense of sandalwood, for example, or to pass the vibration of the OM mantra through it (ensuring that the OM is chanted by an enlightened soul).
Once finished you need to bless the board – for example holding your hands over it and asking for divine blessings on the board and its contents. You could then recite the Lord’s Prayer or relevant prayers from other religions. Put the board in a place where no one else can touch it.
From that moment you must start the process of visualisation whereby you imagine the things on your board happening. You need to apply confidence about this as the moment a doubt creeps in you will break the energy and need to start the process of visualisation again. You must visualise regularly over and over.
Remember that this is an art form and requires practice so I suggest starting with something small and working your way up. The larger the manifestation the more concentration and energy that it requires.
Remember – when thinking about how to manifest, be careful what you wish for and never attempt to manifest something that has a detrimental effect on someone else.
In Part 2 I will continue with the advice on how to manifest and address karma and how you can help yourself improve your karma in order to assist in successful manifestation.
